The Vismara Shipyard in Italy has began the construction of the new Racer Cruiser, the Vismara V47 RC. The V47 RC will be sponsored by Celadrin, an international company in the Pharmaceutical sector founded by CEO, Mr. Roberto Lacorte. With a passion for sailing , Mr. Lacorte plans for the V47 to participate in the 140 Miglia Regatta in Italy, and in the International Cross Atlantic Arc Regatta and then hope to join the prestigious Caribbean races with a winning formula.
The V47 projects benefits from many years of synergy between Vismara Marina and Baltic Yachts, combining the high technological skill of the Vismara Shipyard with the Finnish classic lines.
The V47 was designed for an experienced owner who appreciates beautiful work and top performance at a reasonable price. The hull and deck are built in carbon fiber for maximum lightness and rigidity for full performance.
The running rigging is recessed under the flush deck, in order to create an uncluttered deck surface with maximum comfort while cruising and without compromising the performance. This feature will quickly turn a family vacation yacht into a high speed racer.
Steering the V47 RC is a technological pleasure thanks to two touch-screen monitors on the helm pedestals for a full control of all navigational instruments. Also included is a weather forecast and control of monitoring, electrical and mechanical systems.
For the most demanding owners they provide an optional 'Racing Kit' with a high stability keel system and low wight interior, while for "Easy Sailing" a full sails automation kit, or easy maneuvering, joy-stick control, the "Vismooring".
